Vicki Coughey brings over 25 years of finance, accounting and management consulting experience to the CFO role at Fidus. Vicki has worked for public and private companies across a diverse range of industries and has significant experience with financial analysis, reporting, projections, operations management and business strategy. Throughout her career, Vicki has driven strategies that have resulted in significant financial and operational improvements. Most recently, Vicki has concentrated on the high-tech sector including the completion of a successful acquisition cycle with an Ottawa-based start-up.

She is a Certified Management Accountant and holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
