As Director of Project Management Barbara Szilagyi heads up the Project Management Office (PMO) at Fidus. Barbara joined Fidus in 2006 and brings 10 years of project management experience to Fidus from both the service and product industries, including Zarlink Semiconductor and Celestica. She has brought executive involvement into project management, successfully aligning the PMO with strategic business goals and priorities. She has built an organizational structure that promotes and supports project management, defining repeatable project management processes and ensuring standard policies, practices and strategies are met.

Barbara earned a Bachelors of Engineering with a minor in Computer Engineering from Ryerson University.
