For more than 22 years, Bela Incze has earned the trust of executives, architects and engineers by helping them meet their complex product requirements with optimal semiconductor solutions. Bela has played a key business and market development role at semiconductor companies of all sizes from start-ups through to large established companies.

Before joining Fidus as Senior VP of Sales, Bela was VP of Worldwide Sales at Galazar Networks (now EXAR Corporation). Prior to EXAR, Bela served as VP of Worldwide Sales at Wintegra Semiconductor, helping the company win key sockets with leading router companies such as Cisco and Alcatel. Bela also played a key business and market development role, establishing Wintegra as the preferred semiconductor vendor for cellsite and wireless infrastructure equipment.

Bela gained significant knowledge about the communications market during his combined 10 years as Technical Sales Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor (now Freescale) and Regional Account Manager at PMC-Sierra. Bela began his career as a hardware and ASIC design engineer at Bell-Northern Research (was Nortel Networks). In addition to his Professional Engineering designation (PEO), he holds a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
